TRANSPORT LOGISTICS
Guests will rarely stay at the same accommodation, meaning a multi-stop shuttle bus is a necessity.
The Hunter Valley is home to more than 140km of road with over 50km of that being unsealed or gravel-based. Choosing the appropriate vehicle is a necessity to get you and your guests to the event safely.
A planner can maximise your celebration timeline. whilst adhering to the region's curfew.
VENUE RESTRICTIONS
The Hunter Valley has more than 150 event venues available for hire, but not all of them have appropriate access for coaches, trucks or other large vehicle access.
Sudden weather changes in the area can turn a beautiful vineyard ceremony into a boggy garden experience. Having local knowledge of weather patterns and suitable wet weather alternatives ensures your vendors and guests can move around safely.
VENDOR COORDINATION
Destination weddings and events usually engage 10-20 vendors at one time.
Creating personalised timelines for each vendor ensures staggered bump-ins to prevent traffic jams on often single-lane driveways.
